Do you ship internationally?

We are in the process of building additional capabilities to support shipping outside of the United States and Canada on ROGAParts.com. Please call us at 1-800-878-8888 or visit our email us to place an order for shipping or pickup outside of the United States or Canada.

How do I return an item?
  • Provide the reason(s) for the return on your packing slip and indicate if you would like a replacement or credit on your ROGA Parts account.
  • If you do not have a packing slip, please write the reason for return, purchase date, invoice number and item number for each product being returned. Please note there is no need for authorization from ROGA Parts to send a return.
  • Package item(s) carefully, include packing slip or written notification and send to the following address:
  • Shipping a return must be prepaid, no CODs accepted.
  • How do I cancel an order?

    Due to the speed we fulfill your requests, we are unable to cancel orders for immediate shipment. If your order is backordered or not shipping for two or more business days, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
